Return Policy/Payments/Shipping

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail 1LAP2GO for a refund authorization number within 10 days of receipt of your order. You will be issued refund of the product price minus 20% restock fee. All Seasonal items are non-returnable. All blankets, thrown, pillows and wall hangings are special orders and final sales. Sale items and All TRADING CARDS items are final sales.

1LAP2GO will charge a 20% restocking fee if an item is returned without first receiving a Return Authorization number (RA) from 1LAP2GO customer service or if an item is returned to the incorrect address. Before returning any items, contact 1LAP2GO Customer Service for a RA number and details on how to return or exchange the product.

To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit on your charge account, all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused, or unworn condition with the original tags, packaging, and licensed stickers. Items deemed worn, used, dirty, smoke odor, or missing tags by 1LAP2GO will be returned to the purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Swimwear must have hygienic protector intact. We will not be held responsible for damaged items due to improper laundering techniques.

Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.

Payments: We accept PayPal for all orders.
